BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Nov. 15, 2016) — Frey & Son Homes will open its first Cape Coral Model Showcase on Sunday, Nov. 20, from noon to 4 p.m., announced Barry Frey, President of Frey & Son Homes.

The grand opening of the two custom model homes located at 2805 Cape Coral Parkway West will allow guests to view floor plans and custom finishes of The Key Biscayne and The Palm Beach, both new designs under the newly reunited Frey & Son Homes brand. The event is open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.

  • The Key Biscayne is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 2,250 square feet under air featuring a great room, study, island kitchen and dining room. This model is designer-decorated with a transitional theme featuring grays, silvers and shades of purple. The home features a unique tandem garage to allow a three-car garage on a tight lot. The home has 10-foot sliding doors in the great room and double-tray ceilings in the great room and master bedroom. The exterior of the home has a distinctive Palm Beach/Addison Mizner theme.

  • The Palm Beach is 2,696 square feet under air with three bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, island kitchen, summer kitchen, study and three-car garage. The Palm Beach has a coastal-chic interior motif with grays, blues and whites. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry to store extra groceries and dry goods. There are 10-foot intersecting sliding glass doors in the great room that allow a tremendous amount of light into the open floor plan.  In the utility room, there is a pet shower and an electronic charging station for multiple portable devices. The master bath features a dual-head car-wash shower, a freestanding soaking tub and his-and-her vanities. The pool area features a spacious outdoor kitchen, two fire bowls, a fire pit, a spa with an infinity spill-over, a tiered fountain, and a water shelf to allow for lounge chairs in the pool. The exterior of the home has similar Old Florida/Palm Beach influences featuring a circular entry turret leading to two 10-foot metal Cantera doors.
