President, Barry Frey speaks about this new custom home and what it delivers to the client.
“The lot had a unique pie-shaped configuration. It was impossible to fit a conventional plan on the lot, as the rear of the property was narrower than most, while the front of the property was wider than normal. Working with our architect, we configured the house so that the 3-car garage, one bedroom, a study and the master bath were positioned at the front of the house and the house narrowed to the rear with the master bedroom, great room, dining and pool bath on the rear. By angling the house, the sliding glass doors on the back actually focused the view from the rear of the house to a long canal view at the rear. The view ended up being spectacular and truly unique,” he explains.
