Scott Benefield

A Michigan native, Scott Benefield moved to Southwest Florida in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the Florida lifestyle. With decades of real estate experience and a background in new construction, home sales, negotiations, and relocation, Scott is dedicated to helping clients achieve their Florida real estate goals. When he’s not helping clients, Scott spends time with his wife boating, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying the beautiful weather that makes Southwest Florida such a special place to call home.
