| Villa
Arezzo at Mediterra, Naples
Villa
Arezzo incorporates many of the architectural influences
of the Tuscan region in Central Italy, including a courtyard
fountain off the dining room and guest foyer, an arcade
at the entry bell tower, keystone corbels, paladian
windows and keystone window banding.
In
addition to custom molding and intricate ceiling details
in nearly every room, Villa Arezzo will also offer expansive
fairway vistas. The leisure room will have two intersecting
walls of glass which pocket to the side. There will
also be a walk-in wine cellar with wine racks and an
isolated cooling unit. In the media room, there will
be a state-of-the-art video projection and sound system.
Additional
interior features will include stone flooring from the
entry foyer through the dining room, living room, breakfast
nook, kitchen and guest hallway to the laundry room.
The kitchen will be equipped with a Professional Series
appliance package and a butler's pantry.
Overlooking
the 15th hole of Mediterra's championship course, the
model will also have an expansive pool area that includes
a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, a cedar trellis covering
a large spa, which spills into an infinity edge. A fountain
with water jets then spills into a water shelf that
then flows into the oversized pool.
The
Villa Arezzo has 5,572 square feet under air within
its four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath design. Including
one- and two-car attached garages and loggia, the home
has 8,968 total square feet. |
