9. Service

While most builders offer 12 month limited home warranties, we're not most builders. Every Frey & Son home includes a three-year limited warranty covering a wide range of items in the home. Further, we back it up with service. In order to provide the fastest, most efficient response to warranty requests, our staff includes a team of full-time warranty service representatives and a warranty secretary. Furthermore, we insist upon responsive and efficient service from our team of subcontractors.
