Residential Builder of the Year

American Specialty Contractors of Florida, Inc. (ASCF) has twice chosen Frey & Son Homes as Residential Builder of the Year.

This award is presented to the builder that receives the greatest number of votes from ASCF members, which includes specialty contractors such as materials suppliers, plumbers, air conditioning specialists, landscapers, electricians, etc. ASCF is a group of professionals that make up the backbone of the luxury homebuilding process.

Upon giving this award, the executive director of the ASCF noted that Frey & Son treats its specialty contractors like clients, listening to their needs and providing a working atmosphere conducive to excellence. Frey & Son was chosen for the award based on the amount and quality of supervision provided on site, payment history, level of communication between site supervisors and specialty contractors, efficient maintenance of work timelines, and the overall quality of the general contractors' work.
